Each product is a one-time purchase. A full description of what each product includes is shown on our products page at the time of sale.
3. Orders and payment
- All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and are charged as a single, one-time payment. There are no recurring charges or subscriptions.
- Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
- Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully completed and you receive a confirmation email.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe it is fraudulent, unlawful, or outside the scope of what we can deliver. In such cases, any payment taken will be refunded in full.
4. Delivery of services
Our products are delivered digitally. After purchase, we may send a short intake request so we can configure your system correctly. Estimated delivery times are shown alongside each product and begin once we have received the information needed to start work. If we cannot obtain the information required to deliver your product, we will contact you to resolve it.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and any access we reasonably need to configure and deliver your system.
- Ensure you have the right to connect any third-party tools or accounts you ask us to integrate.
- Use our products lawfully and not for any fraudulent, harmful, or infringing purpose.
6. Refunds and cancellation
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refunds & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
Once your order is fully paid and delivered, you own the deliverables produced specifically for you. LINKCLIC retains ownership of its underlying methods, templates, and reusable components used to create them. The LINKCLIC name, logo, and website content remain our property.
8. Warranties and limitation of liability
We provide our products with reasonable skill and care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any product or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the performance of third-party services we integrate with. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you.
